Their Promises

James Knight and Eric Larson are offering the Internet Marketing community the FB Cash King, which they claim is the solution to all the broken dreams of internet marketers who’ve never made a dime online. They claim that their FB Cash King is capable of making its users money today, tomorrow, and forever. They also say that you don’t need to be tech savvy, you don’t need to have a massive budget, you don’t need any fancy software, and you don’t need to launch your own products. They say all you need is a simple laptop, iPad, or any regular smartphone to run your business.

I’m not in cahoots with James Knight and Eric Larson to promote their FB Cash King as an affiliate for commissions. This is only my objective review to provide insider information for my reading audience, to help them decide whether it’s worthy of their investment.

Summary: FB Cash King Review

If you don’t have the time to read the entire review, read this brief version: James Knight’s and Eric Larson’s FB Cash King isn’t a horrible product for less than $10. But if you’re looking to buy it because you think you’ll be able to start making money with it today with little or no work, you’ll be disappointed because that’s not going to happen. In the training, James Knight himself admitted that what they promised on their sales page about seeing results as soon as today isn’t achievable, and some of the other claims on their sales page aren’t true. There’s ample evidence in the main body of the review.

After I checked out, there was an upsell, which I passed up to proceed to the product I paid for.

You Can’t Make Money Today

James Knight and Eric Larson claimed on their sales page that their FB Cash King is a super-fast system that would make you money today. But that’s not true because James Knight admitted in his presentation that the Facebook group that you will create isn’t something you can develop overnight. Since you can’t develop it overnight, how can you make money with it overnight? Watch the video and hear him say those words yourself.

The FB Cash King Has Fluff

James’ and Eric’s FB Cash King is made up of 13 videos. Three of these videos were just fluff without any value for their viewers. The first one is an emphatic invitation to get James on the phone to answer your Internet Marketing questions. In my experience, such invites don’t always pan out well. Chances are you’ll be sold to during the phone call. The second video was just James giving an overview of the entire course, and the third video was just James talking about the entire system. Watch some of them below.

The FB Cash King Has Theory

After James Knight admitted that a profitable Facebook group takes quite a while to build, he also did a lot of theoretical talking and didn’t show anything practical on how to get stuff done. Newbies will watch that video and get nothing practical to use.

The FB Cash King Has Bad Advice

James Knight advised his viewers to optimize their videos for keywords like “make money online,” “make money from home,” and so on. On the surface, that seems like a great idea. But experience has shown that such keywords are highly competitive even though they have potential for profit.

There’s a slim chance for a newbie who’s still learning the ropes to favorably compete with savvier internet marketers who already wield a lot of authority in the space. Such newbies can very easily drown in the competition with nothing to show for their hard work and investment.

A better tip would have been to encourage them to target long tail keywords, which will enable them to rank well and win the low hanging fruits until they’re ready to swim with the sharks. Also, the video in which James Knight gave that bad advice ended abruptly like something went wrong. Watch it to see for yourself.

Contradiction between Sales Page and Product

James Knight and Eric Larson claimed on their sales page that you won’t ever need to create and launch your own products. But in one of their training videos, James stated in clear terms that it would be best to create and launch your own products or membership programs in order to see the best results with their FB Cash King.

Forget product launches

According to him, creating and launching your own products give you control over the quality of the products, which determines how long you can retain the confidence of your followers and keep making money with your Facebook group.

They also claimed that with their system, you won’t need to create videos. But that’s misleading because James Knight made it clear that creating videos was an integral part of the system that drives traffic to the Facebook group.

No video production

They further claimed on their sale page that the process is very simple. That’s not true. As you’ve already seen, you’ll have to make your videos and do all of the video SEO stuff such as ensuring that the titles, tags, and descriptions have the relevant keywords for them to rank.

You can also outsource them for a fee, or partner with the owner of an already existing video. After that, you’ll be required to engage regularly with the members of your Facebook group by providing them high-quality free content and responding to their comments, questions, and posts. That last bit alone is a lot of work and will keep you on your toes.

Final Rating: C

James Knight’s and Eric Larson’s FB Cash King has potential for profit, but they weren’t as upfront with their potential customers as they should have been on their sales page. They created an impression their customers could make money with it as soon as their first day. But that’s not true because creating a profitable Facebook group, like everything else that’s profitable, doesn’t happen overnight, as James himself admitted. Then, some parts of the product are mostly theory and fluff, while other parts have bad advice for their customers.
