Rob Cornish’s Promises

Rob Cornish claims that his Internet Marketing training, the Evergreen Passive Income, is a system that takes 60 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to maintain per month but makes $245.50 daily. He says his system works without an email list, without a product of your own, without paid ads, and without YouTube videos. Rob promises to show you how he makes his money in a step-by-step manner. He promises to show you a specific affiliate marketing program that will put you in profit very quickly. He also says he’ll show you how to go about it the free traffic way.

I’m not in cahoots with Rob Cornish to market his Evergreen Passive income for affiliate commissions. I’m just reviewing it objectively to help my reading community make educated purchase decisions.

Summary: Rob Cornish’s Evergreen Passive Income System

Not enough time? Try this summarized version of the review: Rob Cornish’s Evergreen Passive Income training has potential for profit and teaches legitimate Internet Marketing methods. But the claim that his method is a new way to do affiliate marketing is misleading because he taught nothing in his members’ area that isn’t already in practice.

What he emphasized was affiliate marketing that thrives on promoting affiliate products with recurrent commissions for the long term. Is that new in the affiliate marketing space? Certainly not. Though he talked about a particular affiliate marketing program, which I think is worth checking out, it still doesn’t justify his claim of introducing a new way to do affiliate marketing.

I Bought Rob Cornish’s Evergreen Passive Income

There were upsells and down sells after I checked out. I passed them up and went ahead to my purchase.

The First Video Is the Sales Page Repeated

Rob Cornish’s Evergreen Passive Income is made up of 10 videos. The first one didn’t hold any useful information for its viewers because it was just repetition of the information on the sales page. Folks don’t pay to have the content of a sales page repeated in slides. That was one video down and nine to go without any value for the viewer.

He Says Anti-Scam Reviews Are Bad

In his second video, Rob Cornish asked a rhetorical question: “why is affiliate marketing attractive?” Then he went on to provide the answers that everyone knows – it’s attractive because there’s no product creation or customer support hassles involved.

After that, he claimed he was going to reveal why many people are having a hard time making money through affiliate marketing. He went on to say that they’re getting it all wrong because they’re running websites and blogs that feature anti-scam reviews, which is the wrong way to go about affiliate marketing, according to him.

But sadly, he’s wrong because a review site has to be objective. If a product is crappy, a genuine review site should call it out without any bias. Such review sites are some of the best things that have happened to the Internet Marketing world.

One of the reasons is that contrary to what Rob is saying, review sites are designed to protect the interest of the consumer, whether it’s in the making money niche, health and fitness niche, dating niche, or any other Internet Marketing space.

These review sites, especially the genuine ones, are the reason that scams have been checked and product publishers have been compelled to improve the quality of what they’re marketing. When folks find that your site is genuinely dedicated to the protection of their interests as consumers, they’ll tend to depend on your safe recommendations even as an affiliate.

It wouldn’t take much mental effort for any level-headed consumer to notice that making money off of them isn’t your sole aim, and so when they follow one of your safe recommendations, they’ll be more than happy to buy via your rare affiliate link as a way of thanking you for having saved them from falling prey to scams in the past.

When they buy and find how safe and valuable your pointers were, they’ll return for more purchases through your links, perhaps for a lifetime. Is there a better way to make money as an affiliate marketer? So Rob Cornish’s opinion on running sites or blogs that feature anti-scam reviews is wrong.

No Certainty You Can Set It up in 60 Minutes

He promised on his sale page that his system is so easy you can set it up in 60 minutes. That depends on several factors, such as your level of experience with web-based tools, how much you know about affiliate marketing, what other routine activities you engage in daily and how long such activities take, and so on. For some, it can take more time. Setting a standard time and applying it everyone isn’t practical.

$245.50 Per Day?

There’s no guarantee that you’ll make $245.50 per day following Rob Cornish’s methods. His method depends on free traffic, which takes a while to kick in. So you’ll have to cope with $0.00 per day for a while before you begin to see traffic and get your first bite, which will certainly not be $245.50.

Is This the New Way?

Rob claimed on his sales page that his method is the new way of going about affiliate marketing. There’s nothing new about what he taught. He’s method is the same as blogging and promoting other people’s products, especially web tools like ThriveThemes, which is a tool that creates WordPress themes.

He believes that since ThrivesThemes’s commissions are recurrent and it’s there to stay for the long term, being an affiliate of ThriveThemes makes your affiliate marketing experience different from anything else out there.

There have always been affiliate marketing products with recurrent payments that have stood the test of time. So what’s different about ThriveThemes’? Though ThriveThemes is worth checking out, becoming a ThriveThemes affiliate isn’t a new way to do affiliate marketing, it’s just joining a new affiliate program.

Final Rating: C

Rob Cornish’s Evergreen Passive income has potential for profit, but for Rob to call it “the new way to do affiliate marketing” isn’t accurate. Besides, the setup time will certainly vary from user to user. There’s no way everyone who buys Rob’s training will be able to set it up in 60 minutes. Again, Rob’s opinion on objective sites and blogs that feature negative reviews on crappy products isn’t correct.

Rob’s training can make you money if you have the patience to wait for it to yield results, which isn’t going to be as soon as you might imagine. And when it does yield results, chances are it won’t be $245.50 per day every day. Rob’s training is going to set you back $9, but this 100% free training, which is by far richer in content than Rob’s, is all yours for the taking.
