What’s Up Ya Internet Marketing Fanatics!
I’m sitting here with my cuppa’ black coffee, a three-liter bottle of water by my side to wash away the coffee stains from my pearly whites, and I’m ready to review some crappy internet marketing products. Today, I’ll be going through Instant Products Now by Bill Guthrie. Bill says that he’s been a full-time internet entrepreneur since August 2011, and he’s got some screenshots of his earnings from his career so far.
I don’t know how legitimate these numbers are, but apparently, it’s a way for ol’ Bill to show that he’s the “real deal.” On his sales page, he claims that the secret to making stacks of money online is to provide more offers to your list, and that’s a problem that this product solves. He says that with these products, you’ll be able to make more sales and keep 100% of the profits. He also says that you can use these products to give away to your membership sites, so you can keep the payments coming, and keep your business growing! He also says you can use this list of products to repurpose content for whatever purpose you desire; to feed your blog with some new articles, post content to your social media to keep your fans engaged, or even just to educate yourself on a number of topics!
It’s my first time reviewing a product that’s just giving its customers permission to sell a ton of other products. Let’s see if Bill Guthrie’s product lives up to its sales claims.
The team here at Stopping Scams write our reviews with a particular recipe that’s been passed down from generation to generations (well, not really to be honest; the big ol’ boss Ian just taught me, but it sounds cooler when I add some “mystery” to it). In that recipe are a few key ingredients, but the number one key ingredient in the recipe is Honesty with a capital “H.” We do our best job to inform you on the sea of crappy, scammy, terrible internet marketing products there are out there that are expensive, full of fluff, and contain a bunch of over realistic projections. Whilst doing so, we do our best to inform you of any “gangsta” (my word for awesome/amazing/fantastic) products which we come across and allow you to make the decision if you wish to purchase it or not.
If you don’t wanna stick around and read my witty, totally awesomeness-filled review of Instant Products Now, here’s a bite size version so you can just get the gist of the product:
Bill Guthrie’s product isn’t anything special. He essentially gives you the rights to sell a number of other products, most of which, after checking a few out, seem just like generic products with no real “oomph” to them. I highly doubt that you could just send a few products out from this list, and make millions like he’s led his customers to believe. For those reasons…
Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.
There was just one upsell and down sell that I encountered after the initial purchase of Bill Guthrie’s product. It looked like a little membership site that you can get access to.
After declining the offer, ol’ Bill Guthrie tried to reel me in again with access to the same membership group for only a buck.
I’m not sure how reliable this upsell would be – I’ve found that the quality of the initial product is a good indicator towards the quality of the upsell. Since I’ve found this product to be terrible in quality, I’d say that the upsell is of the same nature.
I skipped past the upsell and down sell, and after logging in, I was taken to a membership site that looks a little something like this.
I chucked on my review glasses, and there were a few points that I thought would be worth mentioning about big ol’ Bill’s product.
With the market that we’re in (the making money online niche), and with all of the products I’ve reviewed, I’ve come to understand one thing in particular:
Every product speaks a different language; they’ve all got their own lingo that they use, but ultimately they promise the same thing… This thing-ma-bobby that I’m selling will help you make money online.
Some products do it through Facebook Ads, others do it through affiliate marketing training, but they’re all selling the same dream which is to make fat stacks of cash in the comfort of your own home, chillin’ in your pajamas, and just with a few touches on your laptop keyboard.
While the logistical process is simple (touching buttons on a computer), there are subtle nuances that come into effect which separates a financially successful internet-based business from a cheap, crappy looking website with a $5 business plan written up from Fiverr.
Unfortunately, this product is missing those nuances, and this is the main reason as to why I can’t recommend this product. The fact that he ensures you can just chuck these products on a silver platter and put them in front of your list and they’ll buy it is full of crap.
I’ve been taught by a number of six-figure and seven-figure internet business owners in my past 2 years of internet marketing, and they’ve all said one thing when it comes to making money… in internet marketing guru Frank Kern’s terms, it’s that…
“Your income is directly proportional to the value you provide to the marketplace.”
The most important thing that these successful internet guys and gals have said is that the money stems from the relationship with your clients. And that relationship is dependant on the value you provide to your market. To think that you can just put a product out there on the market and all of a sudden you’ll be a millionaire is complete and utter baloney.
Now, obviously I didn’t go through all 500+ of the products that were being offered, but I did check out the internet marketing training products that came with Instant Products Now, and the information being taught was so generic, bland, and something that a monkey could write up. Check out “The 3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online” in one of the items being offered in Bill Guthrie’s list of products.
My main area of expertise is in Health/Fitness/Weightloss and everything around that general scope of things. If I were to relate it to this, it’d be like telling a person who wants to lose weight just to eat healthily and exercise. Even though the general principles are that simple, like the big boss Ian Pribyl says, the devil is in the details, and there are no details in this product whatsoever.
There are a couple more points that I thought I’d make regarding Bill Guthrie’s list of products…
And that’s it!
It’s nothing special, and the products being offered contain a bunch of general information that isn’t really worth your time. The only reason why I’m not rating this product even lower is because it costs less than a McDonalds Quater Pounder with Cheese combo (over here in New Zealand it’s like 12 bucks for that bad boy… I’m so jealous of you Americans with your cheap, damn’ tasty good food).
Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.
