What’s Up Aspiring Internet Marketers!
It’s ya boy Danyon back in the house, and today I’ll be reviewing 12 Minute Payday by Steven and Justin James. They’ve made some pretty typical clickbait claims on their sales page – right smack bang at the start of the video, the announcer says “I bet you $2000 you start making money after watching this video.” They also say that this product can help you earn $2035.38 every day in just 12 minutes with no trading, hosting, Twitter, or Facebook. They also say that this method can help you have as many massive paydays as you desire. On top of that, they claim that this product has helped others gain ridiculously insane results with no hosting, and gives you money that you actually get to keep.
Nothing that we haven’t heard before. Let’s see if this product can live up to its outrageous sales claims.
The team here at StoppingScams runs on this little quality that you might have heard of. It’s very rare when it comes to reliable internet marketing products, and it can be found in your closest friends and family members. This quality is called honesty. Every single review that we write here is with your best interest in mind; if I think a product is crap, then I’m gonna completely decimate their product with my handy-dandy reviewing skills, and you can read it just for a bit of entertainment. On the other hand, if I find a product that’s crazy good, valuable, and cost-worthy, I’ll let you know about it, and you can make the purchasing decision for yourself.
With that being said, let’s move onto the review.
As we kiwis say here in little ol’ New Zealand – Yeah, Nah. This product is just another crappy little internet marketing product that doesn’t teach you the proper fundamentals of an internet business. The creators pretty much show you how to make terrible looking squeeze pages, and then they say “just send traffic to this and you’ll be successful.” As far as I’m aware, internet marketing isn’t that simple. For that reason, I highly recommend that you stay away from this product.
As with 99% of the other products I’ve reviewed, after the initial purchase of 12 Minute Payday, I was met with another few products force fed down my throat. Once again, they just looked like generic internet marketing products that are just another way that the product creators can squeeze an extra couple of bucks out of their consumers.
After skipping the upsells and the webinar invite, I reached a site that was terribly designed and found that my prior expectations of this product were confirmed.
Essentially, the “secret method” that they were talking about on their sales page is to create a bunch of squeeze pages, send traffic their, grab their emails, and spam them with a bunch of offers. Not once in the training did I hear the creators talk about ACTUALLY adding value to their clients/customers/consumers. They mostly just say “create a landing page, lace your emails with affiliate links to landing pages, and hope that they buy the product.”
Because everybody knows that the best, fastest, most optimal and ethical way to make money on the internet is to send a bunch of affiliate links to cold traffic, right guys and gals?
This is the main reason as to why I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone – it just won’t work (at least, in the long-term). From what I’ve heard (which is from all the successful internet marketers), the number one way to make money is to provide REAL value to your clients/consumers. Even Frank Kern, ol’ Internet Marketing Guru, said that “the money is in the value that you provide to the list.”
Now, the way that I interpreted that is to give stacks of real value to your clients, and then they’ll eventually reciprocate, whether it’s in the form of money, word-of-mouth advertising, or some other means.
It’s their own product, of course. As I was watching the training material, I had to pause and rewind the video just to make sure I heard them correctly. After creating a bunch of landing pages and all that jazz, they say that they’ve found the best product to promote on their landing pages and email lists is…wait for it…drumroll, please…
12 Minute Payday!
This was when I was 99% confident that this product is full of crap. I’m lowkey sure that this product is just a bunch of people getting paid to teach people how to make money online (even though I’m also lowkey sure that they have no prior proper internet business experience), and then they just say to the customers “and ya know what, you should promote our product while you’re at it!” As far as I’m aware, it’s just a circle of crappy internet marketing training that’s going round and round.
The last reason as to why I can happily not recommend this product to you guys and gals is because in the “money making” module, it just points you to another Internet Marketing product that you’re probably going to have to pay for, which I’m assuming that Steven and James get a commission for.
I mean, if the entirety of the “secret money making method” that they’re talking about can literally be explained with a single statement (send spam to your email list), with no specific details in the training whatsoever, then I think it’s safe to say that this product isn’t worth your time or money.
The sales claimed are extremely misaligned with the training provided. If they claimed something like “check out this extremely basic training to find out how to make a premade squeeze page,” then yeah, I can understand that. But it’s not something that’s going to make you thousands of dollars in a day, and it definitely isn’t a 12 Minute Payday.
Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.
